Welcome to the "Porsche - Battles II" Championship.



Rules :

4 differents models of Porsche are available, 3 groups of drivers have been made.

Depending of your group, you will be able to choose different models of Porsche.

The groups have been made depending of your performance during events on KBB for the last 2 years.

The Different Porsche available are :

1 - IMSA 991 GT3-R (The Fastest)
2 - IMSA 991 RSR (Approx 0.5s slower than 1)
3 - 911 GT2 (Approx 1.0s slower than 2)
4 - 911 Biturbo (Approx 1.0s slower than 3)

If you are a new player or if your nickname is not in the list you will be added
to the LEVEL 3 Group so you are free to take the Porsche you want (can be
adjusted in Future)

The logical is to choose the fastest Porsche but you are free to choose another
Porsche available if you want (except LEVEL 1).

*If you are in LEVEL 3 Group and if you finish a race in TOP 5 you will not be
allowed to take the 'IMSA 991 GT3-R' until the end of championship (logically you
will pick the 'IMSA 991 RSR' ).

No weight penalty will be deducted even if you finish beyond the 15th position.

- Player "loite" has been switched from Level 2 Group to Level 3 Group

- Player "Buckel" (Level 3 pilot Finished P4 last race) won't be allowed to take the 'IMSA 991 GT3-R' until the end of championship (logically he will pick the 'IMSA 991 RSR' )

- The high tyres wear for this series is known, especially for the Porsche 911 BiTurbo/911 GT2.
All the tracks of the series were tested to end a stint or a race with an acceptable tyres wear.
Test your tyres wear during free practice to know if mediums or hards are the best choice for race.
Tyres Wear X2 & Fuel X1 was chosen for this series to keep the equity between all the levels.

Practiced on the Porsche Battles Server 1...
Joined the evening session: ... encountered a different mod car (no idea why... oh well).
Unfortunately, there was contact in the very first corner (a belated apology... to whoever it was).
After that, it was the usual driving fun—until the throttle spring snapped... but that wasn't all: after fixing it (using a rubber band), the brake spring broke, and that was the end of it.
Still, I had the pleasure of watching the fantastic race unfold on my monitor...
