Can't setup the car 4 Years, 6 Months ago  
I can't setup my car because in the setup menu there is everything is grey and there is no + and - signs. In offline mode everything works fine.

try to install following:

first: GTR2 1.1.0.0 Update

then: NoCdPatch

1.1.0.0 is already installed, after i installed no cd patch, game stoped working

Now the game works, but when i enter multiplayer lobby it crashes and there are no kbb servers

try to install the GTR2 Lobby Patch again
