Ja habe ich und trotzdem. Ich habe auch strecke komplett Gelg eingeschaltet, vielleicht sollte ich das mal ausmachen

The flag may be hidden by the Tools CD.

Das Flag wird möglicherweise von der Tools-CD ausgeblendet.

There is still one thing that I have tested and it is the same as you.
In free practice (so there is no race and you are alone) if you leave the circuit, the flags are not displayed. Shouldn't it be when race conditions or maybe online for there to be a poster of the flags? Otherwise I have no other ideas.
