I created the lobby account in the game a few years ago. I have to format my PC recently and decided to download the game again. Even though, I try to create a lobby account user, with the same info again, but it shows that the user already exists. When I try to enter with the lobby credentiala that I created a few years ago, a message that says, Login failed, pops up.

I have checked the file LOCAL_IP_LOBBY.txt and it shows the same info you stated above. I installed the lobby patch before accessing to the multiplayer lobby.

Is there a possibility that my user info saved in the website database could be removed and then could I create a lobby account again?

Ah yeah if you created the account once before and it doesn't work now anymore an admin needs to delete it from the lobby, will be done in no time.
