User-uploads are not possible here, all mods (cars and tracks) on here are selected by our admins, who also make sure that the mod meets a certain quality standard and that we have the permission by the original mod author for distribution, usage and possibly any changes by us. If you have any mod wishes however you can always suggest something and we'll probably have a look at it.
