If you are in this situation, I offer you a quick and easy solution.
On your phones, you install Microsoft Translator.
This translates the written, spoken, photographed texts and what interests us, it allows to communicate between several interlocutors of different languages.
You will just have to send the code of the conversation that you have started on your phone to your partner, or enter the one he will send you.
There is also this app available at the following address for those

And at the very bottom right, for the phones.
