Hello dude,
not sure if you got it working...
At the weekend i got help from Henman, and was able to get XD- Tool and the Mapplugin 108 working...
If you interestet to try it, you can find a full copy of my files here: >>>klick<<<

put every thing in to your root folder of GTR2...

Please make a backup before you start...

just one question. Do you have the map and all technical data (tyre temp/wear) + race data on one screen?
Just ask before I start all over again.

I can't get the map to even show up. The dll configuration is proper, edited .plr file to "1", changed PLR file name to "enable telemetry infos" (which changed the nam of a G?? file above the .plr to "enable telemetry infos"then back to my name. I appear to have Motec but no map, telemetry, opponent info or anything. I'm using the Kolschbude mod because I can't get online with the 10th Anniversary mod after trying EVERYthing. I am out of ideas.

. Installation Without Other Plugin
During Installation d3d9.dll inside GTR2 will be overwritten. d3d9.dll is not a GTR2 file
Unzip File in GTR2 folder
Edit GTR2MapPlugin.ini text file as follows:
[GENERAL]
OriginalD3D9Dll=DEFAULT
#OriginalD3D9Dll=d3d9_xd.dll
Start Game and Enjoy!
6. Installation With Other Plugin - Ex Like XD
During Installation d3d9.dll inside GTR2 will be overwritten. d3d9.dll is NOT a GTR2 file
Rename d3d9.dll of other plugin (Ex. of XD) as d3d9_xd.dll and copy in GTR2 folder
Unzip File in GTR2 folder
Edit GTR2MapPlugin.ini text file as follows:

#OriginalD3D9Dll=DEFAULT
Start Game and Enjoy!
6.1 Disabling XD
To Disable XD Plugin edit GTR2MapPlugin.ini file as follow:
[GENERAL]
OriginalD3D9Dll=DEFAULT
#OriginalD3D9Dll=d3d9_xd.dll
7. Configuration - Keys
Modify the text file GTR2/Plugins/Map/Mapconf.txt to change a lots of Plugin Parameters.

unzip and paste content to your GTR2 main folder.
Let it overwrite any file it wants to.
Should work right out of the box (so to speak )

ich hab mir nun auch die datei von schielchen runtergeladen damit die karte auch mal funktioniert und alles ins gtr2 verzeichnis kopiert. xd tool funktioniert schon immer nur map plugin ging nicht. aufm server hat es zunächst nichts angezeigt von der karte. war ja auch ausgeschaltet aber wenn ich dann NUM 0 drück was mir aufm server om gesagt hat zum einschalten, stürzt gtr2 sofort ab.

was geht da bei mir net richtig. jemand eine lösung sonst fahr ich weiterhin ohne map plugin

Reading about hitting "0" on the number pad scares me. On the 10 key pad, it freezes the game. I can try unmapping the "0" on the top row from chat.
