Hallo zusammen ,

auf die Japan Serie folgt eine GT3 Serie mit dem Titel KBB GT Masters.
Geplant sind vorerst 9 Rennen, auch hier entscheidet über eine Verlängerung wieder die Resonanz. Die Rennen finden alle 4 bzw 5 Wochen statt. Es wird es eine Wertung nach dem ADAC GT Masters System geben. Des Weiteren sind für die vorgesehenen 9 Rennen 2 Streichresultate inbegriffen, um Verluste durch Discos, Nichtteilnahme oder anderweitige Ausfälle zu kompensieren.

Die Wertung (Punktevergabe):

P1....25 Punkte
P2....18 "
P3....15 "
P4....12 "
P5....10 "
P6.....8 "
P7.....6 "
P8.....4 "
P9.....2 "
P10...1 "

Als zusätzlichen Anreiz werden für das Erreichen des Ziels unabhängig von der Platzierung 5 Punkte vergeben.

Great race for me.

I haven't raced for years and even that was mostly GTL. This was my only second GTR2 race.

I wanted to finish at all cost. I wasn't sure about how the fuel thing works so I took full tank both at start and during pitstop. I used the hard slicks to be on the safe side. I even skipped the qually to avoid any 1st corner problems.

I was afraid of everybody diappearing in the distance, but as it turned out the second half of the field was roughly my pace. The first half of the race was exciting. Some close contactless racing.

Second half was just cruising alone. I was getting tired and the concentration was slipping. Luckily I made it into the finish and even in an unexpected 9th place.

Hello Kajaman ,

do you use the XD tool? It shows you fuel consumption, tire wear, tire temperatures and brake temperatures. If not, please install it, then you know how much fuel you will need during the race.
There are other useful tools like the non-dazzling sun and the advanced setup menu. I can recommend these tools to you. Of course, if you do not know how to install them, we'll help you.

zuerstmal wieder ein dickes Dankeschön an Joe für die Auswertung. die war aber sehr schnell da .

Zu meinem Rennen:
Wie im 1. Rennen bin ich schon wieder komplett unvorbereitet in den letzten 10 Minuten der Quali gejoint, mit dem MCLaren ohne passendes Setup. Ich bin dann noch zwei, drei Runden gefahren. Die waren logischerweise nicht wirklich flott, aber wurscht.
Ein paar Klicks da und dort, und die Karre war ganz ok. Nur die Vorderachse gestaltete sich mit zunehmendem Reifenverschleiss etwas sehr zickig, aber im beherschbaren Rahmen. Fin und Jigger waren für mich zu flott, deshalb habe ich mir P3 als Ziel gesetzt, was dann auch aufging. Mit Dieter (Sorry wegen des Stupsers)habe ich im 2.Stint über mehrere Runden gekämpft, ich wusste aber, nachdem er wohl keine Reifen gewechselt hat, dass es normalerweise reichen sollte. Mit P3 kann/muss ich soweit zufrieden sein, denn von nichts kommt nichts .
