this might be a dumb question 1 Year, 11 Months ago  
but is horsepower/speed capped on certain tracks?
on some tracks, some cars just rev stop when they should not.

very strange..
for example:
Audi S1 quattro on the Remlingrade hillclimb, tops at 180. same car at monza goes beyond that. same setup etc.

very strange indeed..

I have just tested it, but cannot reproduce your problem.
