Multiplayer races finish early 6 Years, 5 Months ago

I'm trying to host a timed race but the race always finishes after 3 laps even if the GDB is set to say.. 800 laps and 15 minutes. The 15 minute timer works but whoever is in first position gets the chequered flag after 3 laps. We have the same track GDB and both have race distance set to time.
Any ideas?

Hey there!
A few more Details would bei great.
Do you Host the Race via the Game, or With the dedicated Server?
Do you use the Lan-mode? (Hamachi/etc)
If you Play via LAN, i would suggest to use the dedicated Server. There you can Change all the settings needed.
Again, more Information would bei nice.
